Main responsibilities:
Join our team and contribute to the development of digital solutions and the improvement of customer experience. In this position, you will be responsible not only for selling solutions, but also for the successful introduction of customers, consulting and ensuring long-term cooperation.
Your main responsibilities would be:
✧ Sell the company's digital transport management solutions and services and actively seek new business opportunities.
✧ Coordinate the processes of connecting new customers and activating systems.
✧ Organize and conduct customer training, consult on usage issues.
✧ Provide assistance to customers in solving daily system usage and technical issues, cooperate with internal and external teams.
✧ Monitor customer usage of solutions, identify the need for additional services and initiate their proposals.
✧ Contribute to improving the quality of services and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the entire cooperation.

✧ Ability to communicate professionally with customers and conduct training or presentations.
✧ Interest in digital solutions and quick understanding of new systems.
✧ Self-motivated, result-oriented and problem-solving.
✧ Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
✧ Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
✧ Knowledge of transport engineering, automotive technology or a related field.
✧ Ability to communicate professionally with customers and conduct training or presentations.
✧ Interest in digital solutions and quick understanding of new systems.
✧ Self-motivated, result-oriented and problem-solving.
✧ Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
