Monthly salary: €3,810.00 - €5,710.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-priority business transformation, cross-functional projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the project scope, deliverables, objectives, risks, success metrics, and required resources
- Ensure projects remain on-time, on-budget, and on-budget
- Communicate regularly with management, project team, and other stakeholders
- Ensure project integrity, focusing on alignment with strategy, internal policies, standards, and processes
- Act as an internal consultant to help evaluate different solutions and alternatives to achieve the best solutions and outcomes
What do we expect?
- Solid professional experience in project management or business transformation, preferably in technology and IT fields
- Excellent project and change management skills, including prioritization, planning and documentation
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including management
- Knowledge and practical experience of project management methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that allow you to manage changing priorities, needs and deadlines
- Ability to quickly learn, understand and apply new technologies
- Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
- Fluent Lithuanian, good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Independence, attention to detail, critical thinking
