We are looking for a DIGITALIZATION MANAGER who would strengthen the work of the IT team, ensure the smooth provision of IT services to the business and grow the company's digital foundation together with us.

Nature of work:
- Lead an IT team of 10+ internal and external specialists.
- Ensure clear work planning, prioritization and accountability.
- Improve communication between IT department, business units and external suppliers.
- Oversee internally managed IT infrastructure.
- Coordinate cooperation with software suppliers.
- Ensure stable operation of ERP / SAP environment together with partners.
- Initiate changes in IT processes, service quality and team work organization.
What do we expect from you?
- You have solid experience in managing an IT team and/or IT projects.
- You understand the principles of IT infrastructure, business systems and supplier management.
- You are able to structure work, communicate clearly and demand responsibility.
- You are focused on practical solutions, order and results.
- Understanding of SAP / ERP environment would be an advantage.
