Job description
The Customer Service Center employee in the call center is responsible for professional customer service by phone, providing information and comprehensive assistance to customers.
Full-time job, 40 hours/week
What tasks await you?
- Professional, high-quality and pleasant customer service by phone;
- Consulting customers and providing necessary information;
- Solving customer problems and ensuring the best solution for the customer;
- Work schedule on weekdays 9:00-18:00, weekends 10:00-18:00
We consider the following as advantages:
- Similar work experience;
- Foreign language skills (English, Russian, etc.).

- At least secondary education;
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills;
- Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously;
