Nature of work

Aesthetic Medicine and Laser Dermatology Clinic is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Manager who would take responsibility for the efficiency of customer service, sales and call center operations and growth in turnover.
We are looking for someone who not only manages processes, but also actively improves them - is able to analyze data, identify untapped opportunities and implement solutions that increase sales and team results.

  • Management, control and continuous optimization of customer service and sales processes (by phone, e-mail, social networks) to achieve sales growth;
  • Organization and development of call center activities: setting KPIs, analyzing results, increasing conversions;
  • Organization of teamwork: scheduling, task distribution and ensuring efficient work;
  • Quality control of customer service across all channels: monitoring, analyzing and improving calls, e-mails, social network messages and live chats;
  • Operational management of customer complaints, analysis of causes and implementation of solutions;
  • Improving customer experience and streamlining processes;
  • Team development: employee selection, induction, training, performance evaluation and motivation;
  • Analysis of sales results, productivity and KPIs, preparation of reports and decision-making based on data;
  • Creation and continuous improvement of a motivational system to achieve the highest team results;
  • Working with the CRM system, ensuring the quality of customer data and controlling sales processes.

Employee requirements

  • At least 5 years of management experience in customer service and (or) sales (managing a customer / call center is an advantage);
  • Team management experience: employee training, KPI control, analysis and continuous improvement;
  • Ability to attractively present and sell services or products;
  • Experience working with CRM systems;
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on results, achieving high conversions (registrations from inquiries);
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
  • Orientation to results and sales growth;
  • Ability to organize team work, motivate and develop employees;
  • Good computer skills, analytical thinking, responsibility, attention to detail;
  • Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, good knowledge of English in writing and speaking (German or French is an advantage).
