We will assign you the following tasks:
- Daily communication with customers by phone and e-mail;
- Understand customer needs and offer the most suitable solutions;
- Coordinate issues related to signing new cooperation agreements;
- Promote sales by presenting loyalty campaigns and other initiatives to customers;
- Administer debts and provide timely information;
- Work with programs such as Navision, Partslink24;
- Contribute to ensuring a good customer experience.
We hope:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or customer service;
- Knowledge of automotive design;
- Excellent time planning and organizational skills;
- Communicative and quick orientation;
- Flawless knowledge of Lithuanian. Knowledge of English and Russian would be an advantage;
- Excellent practical knowledge of MS Office computer programs;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Work experience in the automotive parts market is an advantage.
