Your main task:
- Respond to incoming calls from drivers, customers, colleagues and listen to their complaints and problems, checking information in the systems;
- register an incident in the company system, transferring information to responsible persons in other departments or resolving it yourself in accordance with company processes;
- ensure ethical, respectful communication with customers and company employees;
- collaborate with departments in other departments.
Work schedule:
- 5 days a week, applying cumulative working time accounting. Two weeks of work from Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00, weekends off.
- Every third week you would have to work on Saturday and be on duty at home on Sunday. Days off for work on the weekend are given on other days of the week.

- you speak not only Lithuanian, but at least minimally Russian/English;
- has analytical thinking, is able to solve problems quickly and professionally;
