- Receive incoming customer calls and call back customers.
- Register customers for services and plan visit times.
- Consult customers about the company's services and products.
- Remind customers about upcoming visits and repeat procedures.
- Manage and update customer information in the database.
- Professionally resolve customer issues and claims, collaborating with other team members.
Employee requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Communicative, responsible and positive attitude.
- Ability to quickly absorb new information.
- Ability to professionally solve complex situations.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian.
- Knowledge of English and (or) Russian is an advantage.
- Work experience in customer service, sales or administration is an advantage.
- Experience in car servicing, repair or a related field is an advantage.
