Job description:
In this position, you will be responsible for customer experience and professional communication, assessing credit applications, ensuring smooth loan transfers and debt management. You will also help customers discover additional services, contribute to fraud prevention, ensure accurate and confidential accounting of information, and work closely with colleagues to achieve common goals.

We expect from you:
✔ Experience in the field of finance – especially in the contact center, debt administration or direct sales areas (we will consider it a great advantage)
✔ Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (verbal and written)
✔ Ability to persuade, communicate with arguments and make decisions independently
✔ Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively manage several tasks at the same time
✔ Customer orientation and ability to understand their needs
✔ Responsible attitude, initiative and motivation to achieve the best result
✔ Ability to work both independently and in a team, think analytically and remain calm in complex situations
✔ Knowledge of English and Russian languages (verbal and written) – this would be an advantage
