Call Center Specialist

We are looking for someone who is good at communicating with customers, is able to react quickly to situations and wants to work in a dynamic environment. Your main goal is to ensure a smooth customer experience via phone and email.

You will answer customer calls and emails
You will assist customers during the rental and resolve various situations
You will consult about reservations, cars and processes
You will coordinate information with other team members
You will ensure fast and high-quality customer service
You will contribute to improving the customer experience

You are communicative and polite
Able to speak clearly on the phone
Able to work at a fast pace
Responsibly approach work and keep agreements
Able to remain calm in stressful situations
Speak Lithuanian fluently, English, Russian - at least B1 level
Have good computer skills
