Nature of work
Active cold calls to potential investors based on the provided contact base;
Presentation of the Revestus platform and investment opportunities;
Engaging and attracting potential investors to the platform;
Clarifying customer needs and investment experience;
Follow-up calls to interested customers;
Assisting customers with registering on the platform and making their first investment;
Daily work with the CRM system;
Recording contacts, conversation results, agreements and other actions in the CRM system;
Achieving set goals for calls, registrations and attracting new investors.

Employee requirements
Experience in a call center or telemarketing field is required;
Experience in cold calling is required;
Experience in active telephone sales or attracting new customers;
Experience in working with a CRM system;
Ability to quickly establish contact and professionally manage a conversation;
Good sales, negotiation and objection management skills;
Clear, correct and persuasive Lithuanian;
Result-oriented;
Ability to work independently and in a disciplined manner remotely.
Experience in finance, investment, banking, insurance or real estate would be an advantage.
