Call Center Manager in JONAVĖ

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordination of customer service team activities and process improvement;
  • Smooth customer consultation by phone, resolution of problems and management of warranty service processes;
  • Cooperation with other departments, ensuring fast and effective communication;
  • Providing high-quality services and continuous process improvement.

What we expect from you

  • Higher education;
Ability to master various computer programs;
  • Team management experience in the field of service/sales;
  • Knowledge of warranty service processes;
  • Ability to solve complex, unusual situations;
  • Responsibility and adherence to agreed deadlines;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (in Lithuanian, English);
