Description of responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality conclusion and administration of insurance contracts.

When you join the BTA family, we will ensure:
Remuneration system:
1300 €/month fixed salary (excluding taxes);
+monthly bonus up to 400 € for sales results;
+Up to 125% of one month's fixed salary annual bonus for company results.
After a year of successful work as a junior specialist, excellent career opportunities will open up for you: moving to a higher position with a higher fixed salary and an unlimited incentive system.
- You have experience in sales or want to gain experience with active sales;
- You are characterized by initiative and a sense of responsibility;
- You are communicative and motivated to work and earn money;
- You have good computer skills;
- You speak Lithuanian fluently, knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage.
