CALL CENTER MANAGER

We are currently building a new contact center in Šiauliai and are looking for a manager(s). In this position, you will communicate with customers by phone, help them solve their issues, make suggestions and contribute to creating a positive customer experience. You will contribute to creating a quality customer experience:

• Serving customers via remote channels and ensuring professional and high-quality service;
• Identifying customer needs and providing them with appropriate product and service offers;
• Achieving personal and team sales and service quality goals;
• Managing complex customer situations and constructively resolving issues;
• Collaborating with the team and contributing ideas to improving the customer experience.

Work is organized during contact center working hours (Monday–Friday 8:00–20:00, Friday 9:00–17:00, closed on Sundays). Working hours are organized using cumulative working time accounting. There is an option to choose a lower workload – 0.75 full-time equivalent.

• Experience in customer service or sales;
• Willingness and ability to communicate with customers and solve their situations;
• Good computer skills (MS Office);
• Responsibility, independence and cooperation skills;
• Knowledge of Lithuanian (oral and written).

An advantage would be:

• Experience in a contact center;
• Knowledge of foreign languages.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 1,560 to EUR 2,340 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
