Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Call and Housing Credit Group Manager to the Remote Customer Service Center team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will communicate with our clients by phone, consult them about the services provided by the bank;
- You will build and develop sustainable relationships with existing and potential private and business clients of Artea Bank;
- You will find business opportunities – actively and comprehensively offer the services of the Artea Bank Group;
- You will solve the daily questions and problems of the client yourself or by directing the necessary competence to the employees, you will help to find the most suitable financial solutions;
- You will improve your knowledge of bank products and services and gain valuable customer service experience;
- You will work in a bank that was rated as the best customer service bank in 2025.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Be communicative and customer and result-oriented;
- Have experience in customer service, sales (in a financial company - an advantage);
- Attention, diligence, positive thinking, ability to cooperate and work in a team;
- Strong communication, conflict management skills;
- Good computer skills (Forpost program - an advantage);
- Smooth and well-reasoned communication in correct Lithuanian (Russian or English is an advantage).
