What does a 112 operator do?
- Receives and administers emergency calls to the number 112.
- Quickly assesses the situation and determines what assistance is needed.
- Promptly transmits information to emergency services - police, ambulance service, firefighters, environmental protection.
- Communicates with people in complex and stressful situations.
- Makes decisions under limited time conditions.
What do we expect from you?
- Responsibility and the ability to make decisions quickly.
- Ability to communicate clearly and calmly in stressful situations.
- Willingness to help people and work in a team.
- Computer skills.
- Experience in emergency services, medical or nursing institutions, other areas of direct customer service or knowledge of at least one foreign language would be a valuable advantage.
After getting a job as a 112 operator, you will study for the first three months according to an intensive introductory program, which consists of theoretical lectures and practical tasks at the workplace. The start of training is September 14, 2026.

- shift work on a rolling schedule: day and night shifts of 12 hours;
- salary with an average of 6 night shifts per month – from 1770 euros excluding taxes (during training – from 1100 euros excluding taxes);

The main task of the General Assistance Center is to administer emergency calls to the emergency services telephone number 112, which is intended to inform about a pending, committed or committed violation of the law, a sudden threat to life, health, safety, the environment, material or immaterial values, and, if necessary, to call (call) the relevant emergency services.
The main functions of the General Help Center are:
● answer emergency calls by number 112;
● accept requests for assistance, evaluate them, determine which assistance services (police, fire brigade, ambulance or environmental protection forces) need to be provided at the scene of the disaster;
● if it is necessary to provide assistance to the caller (advice, explanations, instructions, etc.) before the emergency services arrive at the scene of the accident;
