What are you going to do
Your responsibilities:
Lead the call sales team, organize its daily work and ensure effective results.
Plan sales activities, set goals and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop team members, provide feedback, help improve sales skills.
Actively participate in B2B sales.
Find new ways to increase call efficiency, conversions and sales volumes.
Analyze results, initiate process improvements and collaborate with other departments of the company.
