The Group Leader is responsible for:
- Plan and coordinate team activities, track progress, evaluate indicators, initiate improvement decisions;
- Develop and motivate team members, conduct performance appraisal interviews and ensure effective work;
- Organize and manage the debt administration and collection process (prevention, prompts, judicial collection);
- Ensure the efficiency of the debtor information process, the application of collection measures;
- Ensure compliance with legal acts, internal documents, data protection requirements and the protection of confidential information;
- Represent the company in courts, institutions, in relations with third parties and coordinate the execution of legal processes;
- Analyze the causes of debt formation, prepare reports for management and initiate debt reduction proposals;
- Implement process optimization, digitalization and automation solutions.
We hope you:
- You have a university degree or equivalent (in the field of law is a great advantage);
- You have experience working with debt administration (management and debt collection experience is an advantage);
- You are familiar with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania related to debt collection and customer service and are able to apply them in practice;
- You are able to analyze data, evaluate performance results and make decisions based on data;
- You work well with a computer: MS Office, Power BI systems;
- You have practice working according to Lean principles;
- You have leadership skills, are results-oriented, are able to build a team, cooperate, communicate smoothly and confidently;
- You are able to communicate in English, both written and oral.
