Nature of work
- Search for debtors/debtors' contacts.
- Preparation and sending of letters/requests,
- Calling,
- Scheduling, monitoring of the schedules.
- Taking bills of exchange and their administration.
- Evaluation of debtors based on available databases.
- Providing reports to clients on actions already taken, cases being closed, and recommendations for further actions in ongoing cases.
- Communication with bailiffs, notaries, and law firms on ongoing cases.
- Preparation of contracts with clients and suppliers and control of their execution;
- Data entry into the CRM program;
- Preparation of analytical reports of activities;
- Issuance of accounting documents.
Employee requirements
- Experience in this type of work
- Initiative, customer-oriented;
- Independence, responsibility;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Teamwork skills;
- Computer skills and Microsoft Office programs;
- Education - law, university, master's - would be an advantage.
- Results-driven.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
