Primary responsibilities
- Register, systematize and track requests in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy.
- Provide professional service by phone and e-mail, providing accurate and clear information.
- Prepare and monitor payment plans.
- Solve problems by finding quick and effective solutions or transferring more complex issues to responsible specialists.
- Adhere to established service standards, work procedures and quality indicators (KPIs).

- You have a higher education (university or non-university).
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You are able to work independently, take responsibility and make informed decisions.
- You are attentive to details, have analytical thinking and are result-oriented.
- You have good clerical skills and computer skills.
- Knowledge of Russian and English would be considered an advantage.
