Primary responsibilities
- Control, analysis and timely administration of customer debts.
- Assessment of customer credit risk based on financial statements.
- Communication with customers regarding overdue payments, payment terms and settlement conditions.
- Sending reminders about payments, coordinating the debt collection process.
- Monitoring payments, reconciling debts and checking accounting data.
- Coordinating payment schedules and controlling their implementation.
- Cooperation with sales, transport management, accounting and other departments of the company.
- Identifying risky customers and proposing preventive measures.
- Preparing and processing documents related to debt administration
We hope you:
- Have a university or higher education in finance, economics, accounting or a similar field (advantage).
- Have experience in the transport sector and know the specifics of this field. (Required)
- Have work experience in debt management, financial administration or customer settlement control.
- Able to analyze financial information and work with large amounts of data.
- You are communicative, able to negotiate constructively and solve complex situations.
- You are meticulous, independent, responsible and result-oriented.
- You work well with MS Excel and other office programs.
- Able to plan your time, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of English would be an advantage, especially when working with foreign clients.
