We are looking for an employee who would be responsible for planning and practical control functions - from drawing up a picking plan to quality assurance, documentation management and workplace hygiene maintenance

Nature of work
- Organize and coordinate the picking process for subordinate employees;
- Control the quality of mushroom picking and ensure compliance with established standards;
- Plan and ensure the required amount of containers (containers) according to the needs of each picking chamber;
- Control the weight of the harvest collected during picking;
- Ensure that employees are provided with the necessary personal protective and hygiene equipment and control their use;
- Provide employees with information about the results of their work;
- Monitor the progress of picking waves, register and analyze the tonnage collected;
- Create employee work schedules and organize the distribution of work;
- Filling in assigned documentation, preparing reports;
- Cooperate with cultivation, production and quality departments to ensure a smooth harvesting process;
- Consistent work in accordance with the requirements of the GlobalG.A.P. high-quality work standards.

- You have experience in leading a team;
- You have experience in agriculture, food production, mushroom cultivation or a similar production field.
