RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the wholesale department managers.
- Administer customer information, contracts, prices and assortment in NAV and ZOHO systems.
- Administer accounts in the FITEKIN system.
- Prepare and update sales and activity reports using Excel, Qlik and NAV.
- Administer shipment orders, create shipment labels and resolve shipment-related issues.
- Fill in claim requests in the ZOHO system.
- Prepare and administer catalogs and banners using Canva.
- Contribute to the administration of logistics and transport processes.
- Provide administrative support in implementing the ambassador program and other department projects.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to the department's activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative, customer service, sales administration or similar work.
- Good working skills in MS Excel - ability to organize, systematize and analyze data.
- Ability to quickly understand and work responsibly with different information systems.
- Diligence, attention to detail and responsibility when working with data and documents.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time, plan your work and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to smoothly collaborate with colleagues from different departments.
- Initiative and orientation towards finding solutions.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Canva would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
