Nature of work
- Planning, organizing and controlling the work of the order preparation (selection) department;
- Distribution of daily tasks to the employees of the selection process, monitoring the progress of work;
- Ensuring the quality, accuracy and productivity indicators of order collection;
- Organizing the selection process and constantly improving the efficiency of operations;
- Employee development, motivation, performance evaluation and introduction of new employees;
- Operational solution of emerging problems.
Work in a warehouse with a temperature regime of +20 degrees.
Schedule: 08:00-17:00, I-V.

Employee requirements
- Management experience in warehouse management, quality;
- Experience in managing projects for the development and optimization of warehouse management processes;
- Organizational skills in personnel management and task delegation;
- Ability to make well-reasoned strategic decisions;
- Responsibility, drive, efficiency, leadership qualities and independence;
- Ability to work with MS Office programs;
- Knowledge of Russian and English (advantage).
