What are the responsibilities:
- You will form and implement the expedition's operational strategy;
- You will select, hire and develop new team members, help the team achieve ambitious goals;
- You will analyze performance results and make data-based decisions;
- You will initiate changes, optimize processes and ensure their implementation;
- You will make important management decisions related to employee performance evaluation and team efficiency;
- You will look for new business development opportunities;
- You will achieve commercial goals and contribute to the company's growth;
- You will cooperate with other departments, ensuring smooth development of activities.
We are looking for a manager who is able to discover talents, develop leaders and, together with the team, create sustainable business development in international markets.
What to expect:
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in the field of expedition, transport or logistics;
- Ability to create and develop a business, plan activities and make strategic decisions;
- Experience in forming and developing teams;
- Strong leadership and people management competencies;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian, knowledge of other languages (an advantage);
- Commercial thinking and orientation to results;
- Initiative, creativity and courage to propose and implement new ideas.
