- Managing the department staff, forming tasks for the team;
- Organizing the work of subordinate employees;
- Solving and managing emerging problems;
- Providing pleasant, prompt and high-quality customer service;
- Presenting the assortment of the supervised product group to customers, making sales;
- Maintaining the sales hall, maintaining meticulous order;
- Filling shelves with goods, preparing goods for sale.
