Your responsibilities:
- Plan and organize the work of the department team (10-15 people), ensuring effective task distribution and smooth execution of processes;
- Monitor sales indicators, analyze results and submit reports to management;
- Ensure that the quality of customer service meets company standards;
- Take care of team development - initiate training, promote employee engagement and motivation;
- Oversee the presentation of the product range, visual standards and propose solutions to increase efficiency;
- Promptly resolve emerging problems and initiate changes that will help achieve better results.

- You have experience in retail and have led a team (from 10 people);
- You can provide examples of how you organized the work of the team and achieved sales goals;
- You are able to analyze sales indicators and make decisions based on data;
- You know how to work with a computer (MS Office, internal systems);
- You are ready to work according to a flexible work schedule;
- You have practice in solving problems promptly and are able to ensure the smooth execution of processes.
