We are currently looking for a Department Manager who:
We are currently looking for a Department Manager who:
- Ensures an efficient process from customer request to transfer to production.
- Integrates the work of two teams: customer service (project managers) and technical design.
- Ensures standards, deadlines, information quality and continuous process improvement.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure smooth ordering process and information transfer between customer service, technical design and production.
- Plan workloads of project managers and technical designers, allocate clients and tasks.
- Ensure accuracy of proposals, specifications and technical information.
- Monitor deadlines, work priorities, processes in the ERP system.
- Targetly improve processes, reduce errors and shorten execution time.
- Ensure introduction of new team members, work culture, cooperation and effective communication between teams.
We hope you have
- Experience in coordinating processes, projects or operations (in print, production or technical field is an advantage).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in team management or work organization.
- Ability to work with different functions: customers, technical specialists, production.
- Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on data.
- Good communication skills and clear presentation of information.
- IT literacy (ERP, Excel), English (B2).
