In this position, you will contribute to the organization of the department's activities and the achievement of goals. Your work will include planning the work of the team, motivating them, ensuring sales results and preparing reports. This is a position where it is important to solve problems and ensure the smooth operation of the department in a dynamic retail environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Plan and organize the work of the department team (15-20 people), ensuring effective task distribution and smooth execution of processes;
- Ensure that the department's operational goals are achieved - from sales results to customer service quality;
- Analyze sales indicators, prepare reports and submit to management;
- Take care of team development and motivation - initiate training, promote employee engagement and create a positive work environment;
- Monitor the maintenance of the product range, ensure proper product presentation and the visual standard of the department;
- Initiate changes, propose solutions to increase efficiency and contribute to the improvement of the department's activities.
We hope that:
- You have experience in retail and team management (an advantage is experience in leading a team of at least 15 people);
- You have good computer skills (MS Office and internal systems);
- You are able to analyze sales indicators and make data-based decisions;
- You are able to work in a dynamic environment and a flexible work schedule;
- You are responsible, organized, have leadership skills and are good at solving problems.
