Your responsibilities:
- You will organize and actively participate in the daily activities of the department;
- You will plan and coordinate the team, ensuring smooth distribution of work;
- You will ensure that the warehouse's operational goals are implemented in a timely and high-quality manner;
- You will be an example for the team - you will work together, help solve daily challenges;
- You will take care of employee training, induction and motivation;
- You will supervise work procedures, safety and compliance with processes;
- You will prepare and submit activity reports to management.
Hopefully
- Has similar work experience in retail, an advantage - managing a team (from 10 people);
- Able to work well with a computer;
- Has experience working with an accounting system (an advantage);
- Can work a flexible work schedule.
