Responsibilities of a nurse assistant: to assist the nurse by providing qualified nursing services to patients of the inpatient medical rehabilitation department.

Responsibilities of a nurse assistant: to assist the nurse by providing qualified nursing services to patients of the inpatient medical rehabilitation department.
Your responsibilities with us:
🌲Perform nursing procedures independently or under the guidance of a nurse;
🌲Monitor the condition of patients and report changes to the nurse;
🌲Collaborate with the nurse and other healthcare workers working in the department;
🌲Help patients perform daily activities (bathing, dressing, eating, moving);
🌲Help patients use special braces, crutches, canes;
🌲Accompany patients to procedures, consultations or examinations;
🌲Maintain cleanliness and order in the patient's environment;
🌲Prepare and maintain nursing equipment needed to perform nursing activities.

Our requirements for you:
🌲Acquired nursing assistant qualification (mandatory);
🌲Experience working in a hospital (e.g., medical rehabilitation, traumatology-orthopedic or nursing departments) would be an advantage;
🌲Ability to work with patients with various health conditions;
🌲Ability to work independently and in a team;
🌲Responsibility, attentiveness and patience.
