Responsibilities of a nurse assistant: to assist a nurse by providing qualified nursing services to patients in the inpatient medical rehabilitation department.
🌲What will you do in the team?
- You will contribute to patient care and daily nursing, performing nursing procedures independently or with the help of a nurse;
- You will monitor the condition of patients and inform them about health changes;
- You will cooperate with the team to ensure high-quality and consistent care;
- You will assist patients in daily activities, movement and the use of assistive devices;
- You will accompany patients to procedures and examinations, ensuring their safety and comfort;
- You will take care of the cleanliness and order of the patient's environment;
- You will prepare and maintain nursing equipment necessary for daily work;
- You will perform technical work and contribute to the smooth operation of the department;
- You will comply with internal order and safety requirements to ensure quality and safety.

- Qualifications as a nursing assistant;
- Experience working in a hospital setting (medical rehabilitation, traumatology-orthopedics or nursing departments - an advantage);
- Ability to work with patients with various health conditions;
