The nursing home in Romainiai invites a caring, responsible and empathetic nursing assistant to join its team.

In this job, you:

✅ You will help the residents of our home settle in and get acquainted with the new environment
✅ You will take care of the cleanliness, hygiene and daily well-being of the residents
✅ You will help them with daily activities
✅ You will share food, help with eating, feed and water the residents
✅ You will help them move, change their body position in bed, chair or wheelchair, and take them to the yard.
✅ You will monitor the condition of residents, listen to their needs and pass on information to nursing staff
✅ You will collaborate with colleagues and assist nurses within your competence

We expect that:

✅ You have a nursing assistant qualification - if you don't have one, we will train you
✅ You have worked in the field of nursing or care; experience would be an advantage
✅ Approach work responsibly, sincerely and with respect for people
✅ Able to communicate and work in a team
✅ You are physically resilient, energetic and positive

We offer you:

✅ €1,250 salary in hand + bonuses
✅ Opportunity to work 0.5, 0.75, 1.0 or 1.25 full-time
