Hello! Rasa, Head of Nursing at Gemma Health Center, greets you. I invite you to join my team.

In this job you:

  • you will help patients at the Gemma Nursing Center settle in, introduce them to the temporary living environment;
  • you will take care of the cleanliness and hygiene of patients and help them with daily activities;
  • you will share food, help with eating or feed and bathe patients at the Nursing Center;
  • you will help patients move, change their body position in bed, chair, wheelchair, provide a comfortable position;
  • you will monitor the condition of patients, listen to their needs and pass on information to other nursing staff;
  • you will help colleagues, assist nurses and doctors within the limits of your competence.

We hope that:

  • have a nursing assistant qualification and a seal (if you don't have one - we will train you);
  • have work experience in nursing or caring for the elderly (work experience in a nursing hospital is your advantage);
  • have a responsible and sincere approach to work;
  • are able to communicate and work in a team;
  • are physically resilient, energetic, with a positive attitude.

We offer you:

  • opportunity to work 0.5; 0.75; 1.0; 1.25 full-time;
  • fully paid Vilnius Citizen Card for public transport in Vilnius and/or compensation for intercity transport costs for travel to/from work from other (non-Vilnius) districts of Lithuania;

  • comfortable changing rooms and shower;
