DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a technically minded, equipment and technology oriented specialist who is able to make independent decisions and take responsibility for their work results.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare the SMT line and other production equipment for work: perform the necessary equipment settings, load production programs and prepare components.
- Operate and maintain the SMT line equipment - component assembly (Pick & Place), soldering (reflow) ovens, selective soldering equipment, etc. - ensuring compliance with the established technological parameters.
- Independently diagnose and eliminate technological and mechanical equipment failures in order to minimize production downtime.
- Monitor and adjust the equipment operating parameters (programs, profiles, recipes), analyze the causes of deviations and ensure a stable production process and product quality.
- Perform preventive maintenance of equipment according to the established schedule.
- Perform automatic and visual quality control of electronic boards (PCBs) using solder paste inspection (SPI), automatic optical inspection (AOI) and other equipment.
- Fill in production and equipment maintenance documentation, record work results, failures and observed discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members and engineers to analyze problems, improve production processes, and improve equipment efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working with SMT line equipment (Pick & Place, reflow ovens, selective soldering equipment, etc.) is a great advantage. We will especially appreciate experience in independently configuring, tuning and maintaining equipment.
- Ability to independently diagnose faults, perform technical maintenance of equipment and solve technical problems arising during production.
- Technical thinking and ability to understand technological parameters of equipment, technical documentation and diagrams.
- Technical education in electronics, mechatronics, automation or a related field or relevant work experience in the field of electronics production.
- Responsibility, proactivity and quality orientation.
- Readiness, if necessary, to get involved in daily work on the production line together with the team.
- Technical knowledge of English.
