Description of responsibilities:

- Actively achieve sales goals by contacting potential small business clients by phone and e-mail;
- Conclude and administer insurance contracts;
- Contribute to the growth of the small business portfolio by ensuring a high level of customer experience;
- Develop long-term relationships with clients by offering additional insurance solutions that meet their needs.

By joining BTA, we will ensure:
Workplace: Laisvės pr. 10, Vilnius
Remuneration system:
1500 €/month fixed salary (excluding taxes);
+monthly bonus up to 400 € for sales results;
+Up to 125% of one month's fixed salary annual bonus for company results.
After a year of successful work as a junior specialist, excellent career opportunities will open up for you: moving to a higher position with a higher fixed salary and an unlimited incentive system.
- You have experience working in the field of sales (an advantage - experience with active sales);
- You are motivated to work and earn money;
- You are able to work on a computer (MS Office);
- You can work fully from the office on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm.
