We are expanding our SOC team and are looking for a SOC Analyst to join our team of cybersecurity experts. In this position, you will work with security event analysis, incident investigation, and threat monitoring in customer environments, while also having the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of SOC processes and solutions used.

What are you going to do?
- Monitor and analyze security events from various sources (SIEM, EDR, network equipment) and identify potential threats
- Perform alert triage, identify indicators of compromise (IOC), assess incident risk and context
- Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for their management
- Work according to SOPs and playbooks, contribute to their review and improvement
- Collaborate with the SOC team, engineers and customers in managing security incidents
- Contribute to the improvement of SOC processes, automation, detection rules and tools used
What do we expect from you?
- Understanding of network principles (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS)
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and event logs (Event Logs)
- Experience working with SIEM, EDR or other security monitoring tools
- Ability to analyze security events, assess risk and distinguish real threats from noise
- Understanding of incident management and the basics of the MITRE ATT&CK methodology
- Analytical thinking, diligence and willingness to learn

- Check Point
- Windows and Linux systems
- MITRE ATT&CK methodology
- SOPs and playbooks
We will consider advantages:
- Linux systems administration or analysis experience
- PowerShell or Python basics
- Knowledge of SOAR and automation principles
- Azure or AWS security knowledge
- Understanding of NIS2, ISO 27001 or DORA requirements
- Cybersecurity certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+, Microsoft SC-900, Microsoft SC-200, eJPT, Blue Team Level 1, CEH or equivalent)
