We are looking for a creative social media person who would not only create content, but also become one of the faces of Varle.lt on social networks. We want more humanity, a lively format and content that people would be interested in following – not just promotional offers.
What will you do in this position?
What will you do in this position?
- You will be one of the faces of Varle.lt on social media – you will film short videos, present products, talk about current topics.
- You will create content ideas and implement them from the beginning to the final post for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, Facebook and LinkedIn channels.
- You will film and edit short videos for social networks.
- You will follow trends in Lithuania and abroad and quickly apply them in Varle.lt communication.
- You will create not only promotional, but also educational, entertaining and useful content about products, technologies and e-commerce.
- You will write short, clear and engaging texts for posts.
- Analyze results and suggest which formats are worth continuing, changing, or testing.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams.
What do we expect from the candidate?
- You feel comfortable in front of the camera and are not afraid to be seen.
- You have a good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Reels, Stories and LinkedIn content principles.
- You know how to film and edit videos (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar tools).
- You are able to come up with an idea and independently implement it to the end.
- You write clearly, concisely and engagingly.
- You are interested in trends and quickly notice what is currently working.
- You work independently and meet deadlines.

- Short interview. We contact you by phone to discuss essential details and arrange a convenient meeting time.
- Meeting. We invite you for a live or remote interview, where we can get to know you in more detail, introduce the team and answer any questions you may have.
- Since this is a creative selection, we will ask you to complete a test task.
- Interview with the manager. In selections for more complex positions, we organize an additional meeting with the future manager to discuss the final details.
- Feedback. We value your time, so we always provide a response about the selection results personally to each candidate.
