Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategy and content focused on the US audience.
- Maintain and grow Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X and Pinterest channels.
- Create daily content - film, photograph, edit short videos, create Reels, Stories, TikTok and other formats.
- Plan and coordinate photo shoots and filming, collaborate with photographers, videographers and other creators.
- Grow community, reach and engagement, analyze results and suggest improvement solutions.
- Monitor social media trends and current events and quickly apply them to content.
- Contribute to campaigns, events and other US market activations.
- Use AI and automation to streamline content creation and daily processes.
- Independently manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working with brand social networks.
- Experience in growing brand audience, reach and engagement, not just managing accounts.
- Very good understanding of social media platforms and their content formats.
- Ability to independently create content from idea to publication.
- Ability to film, photograph and edit short videos and work with Canva.
- Strong independence, initiative and ability to prioritize in a fast-changing environment.
- Good visual sense and understanding of what works on social networks.
- Practical experience using AI tools, especially Claude, for content creation and work efficiency.
- Very good English.
- Experience with the US market, e. commerce or startup environment is a big advantage.
