Social Media Manager

You will be responsible for managing and growing social media content for international clients, working closely with our production and creative team.

Your role will include planning, structuring, and executing content across platforms, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance.

Main responsibilities:

Plan and manage social media content calendars
Coordinate content production (photo, video, creators)
Work with internal team and external collaborators
Support development of content concepts and formats
Publish and manage content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor performance and suggest improvements
Assist in building scalable content systems for ongoing campaigns

Requirements:

Strong English skills (written and spoken) — this is essential
Experience managing social media for brands or projects

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Attention to detail and reliability

Nice to have:

Experience working with creators or influencers
Basic understanding of video/photo production workflows
Experience with analytics and performance tracking

This role is key in helping CTRL Pictures grow from a production company into a structured content partner for international brands.

You will play an important role in building and managing content systems that support global campaigns, not just individual posts.
