Join the Hilton Garden Inn team!
Coordinate hotel marketing and communications activities, focusing on social media content planning, creation and management, in line with Hilton brand guidelines. Also coordinate photo shoots, digital content and other marketing projects in collaboration with different hotel teams. The position can be full-time or part-time.
You will be responsible for:
- Planning, creating and administering social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn);
- Preparing a monthly social media content plan and visual grid;
- Coordinating and publishing texts, visuals, Stories, Reels and other relevant content;
- Organizing photo shoots and filming in collaboration with different hotel departments;
- Coordinating hotel, restaurant, event and special offer communication;
- Updating content on websites and other digital channels;
- Collaborating with photographers, designers, agencies, partners and opinion leaders;
- Coordinating the preparation and production of advertising and communication materials;
- Assisting in implementing hotel marketing campaigns, events and other communication projects.
We appreciate your:
- Knowledge of social networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and the ability to create content adapted to them;
- Skills in Canva or other visual content creation tools;
- Creativity, aesthetic sense and interest in the latest trends in social networks;
- Organization, responsibility, initiative and the ability to independently plan work;
- Ability to collaborate with different teams and coordinate joint projects;
- Very good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
