Organization and coordination of home care and respite services, coordination of the work of individual care workers, management of service recipients' documentation, communication with the municipality, service recipients and their relatives, monitoring the quality of services.
The employment contract would be concluded after the Public Institution "Rengusta" receives social services accreditation and services financing. Until then, an agreement of intent to cooperate would be discussed with the selected candidate.

Employee requirements
Higher education in social work and professional qualification of a social worker.
Ability to independently organize work and manage documents.
Responsibility, communication skills and ability to work with older people and people with disabilities.
Ability to coordinate the activities of individual care workers.
Computer literacy.
Ability to periodically come to the Lazdijai district.
Driver's license and own car are an advantage
