Social Worker

Organize the provision of home care/day social care services at home;
Sign contracts and other necessary documents with service recipients;
Prepare/review individual plans of service recipients;
Prepare and manage files and other documentation of home care service recipients;
Prepare letters and other necessary documentation regarding the provision of social services;
Communicate and cooperate with service recipients, their relatives, other institutions and institutions, partners;
Enter data in the information system/registers;
Create work schedules for service providers;
Organize team meetings with service providers;
Resolve issues arising in the provision of social services.

Higher education in social work or equivalent;
Valid social worker stamp;
Valid medical health certificate;
Fluent oral and written expression of thoughts, knowledge of the rules for preparing documents;
Knowledge of the ethical norms and principles of social work;
Ability to independently plan and organize one's activities, collect, systematize, summarize information, draw conclusions and make decisions in situations related to work activities;
Ability to work on a computer with the MS Office software package, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer;
Ability to apply in practice the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, Government resolutions and other legal acts regulating social work;
Ability to work in a team and independently;
Work experience in the social field is an advantage.
