About the position:
Our social services institution is expanding its activities and invites an experienced social worker - coordinator to join the team.
We are looking for a professional with experience in the field of social services, familiar with the processes of organizing services and willing not only to perform daily tasks, but also to contribute with their own ideas to the development and strengthening of the quality of the services provided.

Responsibilities:

Work with clients:
Administrative activities:
- Responsibility for the smooth organization of services and their quality control;
- Search, selection, inclusion in the team and coordination of activities of individual care workers;
- Assistance to employees in everyday and unusual situations, their development and strengthening of teamwork.
Work with clients:
- Analysis of social needs and situations of individuals;
- Supervision of the implementation of assistance and care plans;
- Consulting clients and their family members on service issues.
Administrative activities:
- Preparation and management of documents (reports, letters);
- Cooperation with municipal institutions;
- Monitoring of performance indicators and suggestions on how to make work processes more efficient.
Requirements for candidates:
Qualifications (must meet at least one criterion):
We also expect that you:
Advantage:
- Higher education in social work (professional bachelor, bachelor or master);
- Higher education and social worker qualification acquired by 2014-12-31 (or completed relevant studies);
- Certificate of preparation for social worker practice (according to the procedure of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health).
We also expect that you:
- Have practical experience in the field of social services or their coordination.
- Have a good knowledge of the legal acts regulating the social field.
- Have excellent communication, listening and fluent oral and written teaching skills.
- Know how to organize teamwork, make decisions independently and take responsibility.
- Know the requirements of document management, work smoothly with a computer ("MS Office").
- You are empathetic, responsible and focused on practical solutions.
- You have a category B driver's license (a prerequisite).
Advantage:
- Knowledge of the Russian language or experience in providing day care / home care services.
