Nature of work
The nature of the work includes meaningful work with individuals with addictions in their long-term rehabilitation process, helping them to consistently return to a full life. Since it is a long-term rehabilitation center, the client turnover is not high, so the work is consistent and allows for the creation of a sustainable relationship with residents.
The social worker fills out the documents of rehabilitators, draws up and monitors social care plans, consults on social issues and helps solve daily challenges. He also represents residents in various institutions, contributes to their social integration and, if necessary, helps prepare resumes or characteristics.
Work schedule: shift work, 2 or 3 days a week (the schedule is coordinated by agreement). On weekdays, an overnight stay is provided at the center, so there is no need to commute to Molėti every day.
