Nature of work
Provide individual social assistance to elderly and disabled persons;
Cooperate with families, individual care workers providing services, and ASPI nurses and other professionals;
Cooperate with families, individual care workers providing services, and ASPI nurses and other professionals;
- Create work schedules for individual care workers providing services;
- Prepare individual plans, requests for reassessment of needs, etc. documentation.
Employee requirements
- you have at least a higher university degree (bachelor's degree) or equivalent, or a higher college degree (professional bachelor's degree) or equivalent in social work;
- you are familiar with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating social
- you are familiar with social work methods and their application when working with the elderly or persons with disabilities;
- you know what the Rules for Document Preparation and the Rules for Document Management and Accounting are;
- you have excellent communication skills and good computer skills;
- you have a driver's license.
