Charity and support foundation "Vilties centras" is looking for a team member! We invite a social worker to join the project "Accommodation in an independent living home". The project is designed to help 10 elderly people maintain independence, develop daily skills and ensure dignified and high-quality everyday life in an independent living home.
Main tasks:
Provide social services to 10 project participants.
Develop and support clients' independent living skills.
Help solve everyday household and social problems.
Cooperate with other institutions and specialists.
Manage documentation related to the implementation of the project.
