Social worker (0.5 et.) in the early rehabilitation team for children with developmental disorders

To consult children and their families on social issues.
To assess the social situation and needs of the family.
To help families navigate the health, social security and education systems.
To cooperate with doctors, psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and other specialists in the team.
To participate in the development and implementation of an individual assistance plan for the child and his family.
To complete the necessary medical and other documentation.

You have a higher education in social work.
You have acquired the qualification of a social worker.
You are able to work in a team and plan your work independently.
You are characterized by empathy, responsibility and excellent communication skills.
You are able to work with documentation and use a computer.
