Nature of work
- Collect and systematize primary information necessary for organizing assistance to the family;
- Visit families in their living environment, assess their situation and solve challenges;
- Organize and provide necessary assistance to the family, tailored to individual needs;
- Fill in and manage the necessary documentation and family file;
- Cooperate with state and municipal institutions, social partners, other organizations and SOS Children's Villages specialists;
- Follow the approved Case Management method, ensuring effective and high-quality assistance.
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work (required);
- Experience working with families or in other areas of social work (volunteering experience will also be considered);
- Positivity and ability to maintain emotional balance in difficult situations;
- Ability to independently plan and organize one's work;
- Easy contact with different people and cooperation skills;
- Fluent Lithuanian (written and spoken), English and/or Russian - an advantage;
- Category B driver's license (advantage)
