Vilnius City Complex Service Center "Šeimos slėnis", an institution subordinate to Vilnius City Municipality, is looking for a social worker.
Nature of work:
- Organize social work in groups and individually according to the planned plans;
- Ensure the quality of social services;
- Organize employment of service recipients, events, trips, taking into account the needs and capabilities of the service recipient;
- Assess the social care needs of the service recipient, draw up an individual social care plan;
- Produce new methodological tools for the education, employment, and leisure of the service recipient;
- Initiate an analysis of the service recipient's situation with specialists and other responsible employees, as needed.
Job requirements
- Have a higher education and a social worker profession.
Additional skills (competences):
- social worker qualification.
- empathy, understanding and a desire to help others.
- ability to work in a team and independently.
- excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work with social care plans and service coordination (advantage).
- openness to new ideas.
